Inventory Control Clerk

Maintain and report on the inventory accuracy for the facility and Provide administrative support


The following are the main job responsibilities and priorities for this position:

  • Provide work schedules for Cycle Counters.
  • Generate records, investigate and finalize Cycle Counts.
  • Research and resolve inventory issues related to receiving, stocking, accounts payable, purchasing and outsourcing.
  • Analyze and complete returns transactions from production line.
  • Administer inventory transfers.
  • Scanning documents, record keeping, maintaining spreadsheets and charts for packing slip discrepancies.
  • Maintaining department KPI’s – Dock to Stock, Inventory Accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Group Leader


Education and Experience

  • Minimum of two years of Inventory Analysis and Cycle Counting experience.
  • Experience working in an ERP environment preferably JDE.
  • APICS certification would be an asset.
  • Relevant post-secondary education.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Well Organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and responsible with the ability to work independently
