The Parts Support Coordinator will be responsible for internal and external customer support, order entry, monitoring backordered items and expediting delivery to the Distribution Centre.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting dealer/distributor and internal customers via phone and email with regards to order status, tracking, and technical requests

PURPOSE and SCOPE

The Production Scheduler assigns work to each station in the production shops according to the production schedule and formal work station capacity limits. The Scheduler addresses unplanned requests from downstream customers by adjusting the sequence or selection of work throughout the day.

This position has Day and Evening Rotating Shift Work.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages, maintains and adjusts Standard Work. Audits and assists with 5S.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Supervisor, the main responsibilities of the position will be handling of service parts for inbound receiving and outbound shipments at the Distribution Centre. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items received from vendors following all MacDon packaging standards. Outbound shipments will be accurately picked to the customers specifications and shipped across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick and ship service parts.
  • Follow quality guidelines and MacDon packaging standards.
  • Use of carrier specific applications to create shipments to customer specifications.
  • Consolidate customer items efficiently into over packs.
  • Load and Unload trucks in an efficient and safe manner indoors and outdoors.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights of 39 ft.

As a member of the Information Technology team, the Security and Operations Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the corporate network and security architecture. Participate as part of a team in the development and continuous improvement of innovative, market leading product designs. Team compositions vary and change from time to time, but will involve multiple engineers and technologists, team leaders, prototype shop and test personnel, supply/marketing/product support/publications/manufacturing and other specialists. As a central Production Engineering resource, the specialist will work to maintain electrical system designs across product families. His/her activities will range, depending on the concern, from consulting on the components, subsystem, or system, to reviewing the entire system. Close communication and coordination will be required between the specialist and the Design Engineering Electrical Group and Product Engineering Managers (PEMs).

The Test Engineer is responsible for verifying and validating our emerging technologies and current production features. The work of this function focuses on the execution of test plans (Field & Lab), reporting of test outcomes and support experimental prototype builds. This position will be based in Sun Prairie, WI.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Supervisor, the main responsibilities of the position will be handling of service parts for inbound receiving and outbound shipments at the Distribution Centre. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items received from vendors following all MacDon packaging standards.
